Netizen has partnered with Perspecta to address the need to facilitate effective Virtual Health (Telehealth) consultations and health data collection and exchange in remote, tactical, and other constrained environments with degraded communications.

Our solution is based on an openly architected, modular, and extensible platform based on the sturdy foundation of two existing platforms: Perspecta HealthConcourse and Open Data Kit (ODK). ODK is tested and proven as a clinical communications platform for severely remote, desolate, and resource constrained environments. It is currently employed by renowned medical organizations such as the Red Cross and many others for these purposes.
